#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide. Following Thanksgiving and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, this year’s #GivingTuesday will take place on December 3, 2019, and will kick off the giving season by inspiring people to collaborate and give back.
All #GivingTuesday donations received by CHI St. Alexius Health Carrington will help us prepare for future patients needing a CT scan or other lifesaving Radiology and Lab testing. We’ve outgrown our space for these services since our building was built in 1986. Equipment sizes have changed over the years. New technology does not allow for us to upgrade pieces of equipment, such as the CT, until we have the proper space added on for new equipment. It also prohibits staff from working efficiently in their current space. A Radiology and Lab remodel will be our biggest improvement undertaking since the Foundation was developed in 2010, and we need you. Our Radiology and Lab staff are working with architects right now to design the space their departments need. We invite you to join us on our next journey to improve your local healthcare facility.
