The New Rockford Family Clinic is a provider based rural health clinic affiliated with CHI St. Alexius Health Carrington Medical Center, a critical access hospital. The New Rockford Family Clinic offers full range family practice services including care of chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and asthma, routine physicals for adults and children, women’s health, and general appointments.
The clinic is located at 118 1st St. S in New Rockford, North Dakota with clinic staff comprised of medical doctors, physician assistants, and nurses to help meet the needs of those they serve.

Behavioral Health services are available the 2nd & 4th Monday of the month
