Employee Assistance Program
CHI St. Alexius Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to benefit both public and private sector organizations and their employees. Services are available to eligible employees, their spouses and dependents through contracts with their employers.
Free And Confidential Assessments
The Employee Assistance Program is a free confidential assessment/counseling/referral service staffed by trained professionals who help individuals and families evaluate their problems and take positive action to resolve them. Services offered are either face-to-face, web-based, or phone consultation by the EAP clinical staff.
Skilled Counselors
Clinical Staff consist of skilled counselors experienced in providing quality counseling services for employees and their families. EAP staff also has extensive expertise in providing management training and consultation for administrative officials, supervisors and managers.
